Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data. Identification can be by the information alone. The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).

The Partners of Therapiece.org Social Enterprise control all the personal data in 1. above.

The Partners of Therapiece comply with its obligation under GDPR by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.
 
4. What do we use your personal data for?
To administer membership records.
To inform you of news, events and volunteering activities relating Therapiece.org including events and activities that raise for Therapiece.org Social Enterprise.
All these communications are via email.
 
5. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
We need your explicit consent of the data subject so that we can keep you informed about news, events and activities. We adhere to the May-2018 GDPR legislation.
 
6. Will your personal data be shared?
No.
 
7. How long do we keep your personal data?
We only the keep current data. All members who leave will have their data removed within 28 days.

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:-
to have copy of your personal data which we hold on you.
to correct your personal data which we hold on you.
request your personal data is erased at any time.
 
9. What information do we hold?
For all Partners of Therapiece.org Social Enterprise are also members of we keep Address and Phone number in addition to email address. DoB is optional

Communication will be via email or using the Web form on the Therapiece.org website. Please email support@therapiece.org with all requests relating to personal data.
